I am thankful for many things this year, but here are my top three things. One, I am thankful for my parents because they all ways push me to be the best in school, out of school and at home. They always teach me new life lessons, like my dad teaches me how to built things with wood. I have learned to build cabinets and many other things. He also likes teaching me how to make Croatian foods. Two, I am thankful for my dog. My dog makes me happy even if I had a bad day at school. His happiness is presented to me as I am walking in the door. His waggly tail brings me joy. Three, I am thankful for my friends, they are always supporting me in hard times. They are the only ones get me.

My Three Wishes
I have been granted three wishes!. The first wish is going to be to have a big home. The second wish i would wish for is to have a lot of fame and to have dogs and a gigantic back yard. The last wish is going to be have a gigantic car garage.
Trading Place With A Famous Person
I would trade place with Tom Cruise. For so many reason. Tom Cruise Is a actor for so many famous movies like Top Gun, Mission Impossible. The reason I picked Tom Cruise Is because of how hard he works to make a great movie. Another reason is what type of stunts he does like he had to get a helicopter license just for dogfight scene and had to have a 1000 hours of flying time. Another reason is he got hurt in one scene and got up and ran to Finnish the scene this show how dedicated Tom cruise.
Rad Reading October
This Rad Reading Month I read The Boy Who Harnessed The Wind by William Kamkwamba and Bryan Mealer. This book is nonfiction. William Kamkwamba was a young boy in Africa that had to face challenges, like not having proper schooling and going through a drought. My personal favorite character is William.
I really enjoyed this book by William Kamkwamba and Brian Mealer. If you like nonfiction books this book will be good for you. The Authors did a phenomenal job making the book and adding details about each challenge that William overcame. That made me want to continue reading.
The book is a true story about Willam’s life and the challenges he overcame. For example they did not have a lot of food and not having proper schooling. They didn’t have enough kwaka (which is money). So William couldn’t afford to go to school. Then one day during the drought William went to the school library and found this american book about windmills and he read on how to make the windmill.
My personal favorite character traits are William’s willpower and determination. On page 124 William said “let’s go hunting”. This shows Williams determination because even though their might be a 50-50 chance that he’ll catch anything. . My favorite quote was on page 290 “The more faith you put into them the bigger they get”. What I learned is even though tough times may happen. It’s always good to have faith.
In conclusion, I would highly recommend this book story because is it inspiring story And really impactful.
